So, here she is! She picked them up with Dad at Costco today! She picked out the frames herself and she really likes wearing them! I know what it is like! Wow, everything is so clear!
I was hoping she would only need them for her nearsightedness, but the eye doctor said she has a slight astigmatism that requires her to wear them when on the computer and reading as well. Oh well. I wore mine all the time after I got them just because everything was clearer and brighter!
Kaleigh is not the type to worry too much about how she looks...yet. So by the time that happens, maybe she will be able to get contacts.

Connor needs to see the eye doc soon. Diana just ordered new lenses. We all got new glasses over the last year.
I still like my hard lenses best. They keep my prescription from changing - at least for the nearsightedness. I'm having to start on reading classes now :/

Yeah, I just couldn't wear the hard ones anymore without having a lot of irritation. I still wear my soft ones now and again, but not that often, because that affects my reading a lot now. Fine print doesn't work. I cannot look "under" my contacts like I do my glasses! :P
It is either that or get bifocals, blech!

Tell Kaleigh the glasses are very stylish. She looks so happy (obviously because she can see) that it is hard to be objective. With that glowing smile it would be hard for anything on her face to not look good!
