Planning our Vacations
Well, the time is at hand to set up our vacations for the summer! We look foreward to seeing family and friends and Carl and I are even getting away for a 2 night getaway to Vegas! We went for the first time last year and enjoyed the food and shows so much we decided to do it again. Grandma and Grandpa have the kids and we can really relax and enjoy ourselves. We are considering getting tickets to "The Blue Man Group" so if anyone has seen it let me know.
We will also do our annual trip to Canada to see the folks and on the way, Tina and family.
A new trip will be to meet up with my friend Angie and her family in Colorado. Don't know if we are going to stay in cheap motels or rent a Moterhome or Trailer. It will be interesting anyway. I haven't seen my friend for a while and I would like to catch up.
We will also be going to Lake Tahoe for a week with Carl's family. Grandma, Grandpa, sister Michele and her family and brother Craig and his family and of course us! We rent a big cabin and have a blast!
It is very odd to not work in the summer but it is pretty cool too!
Still don't know if I will have a job next school year....

Donna & Jim have seen the Blue Man Group & they said it was fantastic.
I'm glad you have such a nice fun-filled summer planned! I don't know quite what we're doing yet. We want to improve the WC and make a real bathroom with shower & sink, etc. I don't know how long that will take.
I'm trying to see if I can get Connor Speech therapy over the summer. Also, we are thinking about doing ABA with him, and that will be a big chunk of time - if he comes out of it being able to answer open-ended questions and comprehending language better, though, it's well worth the time investment! I'm sure anything we focus on with him will be helpful.
Other than that, I don't know if we have any time planned for a "vacation" or not. I was thinking of taking a friend with me up to Canada for a week or so. I never know what kind of time Lee can take off. In any case, we wouldn't need reservations for anything, so we can plan it all later.
We're looking forward to seeing you guys! Maybe the 2nd bathroom will be done!
